Tools to more conveniently perform tasks associated with add-on packages. pacman conveniently wraps library and package related functions and names them in an intuitive and consistent fashion. It seeks to combine functionality from lower level functions which can speed up workflow.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from trinker/pacman. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
