Interactive dendrogram that enables the user to select and color clusters, to zoom and pan the dendrogram, and to visualize the clustered data not only in a built-in heat map, but also in 'GGobi' interactive plots and user-supplied plots. This is a backport of Qt-based 'idendro' (https://github.com/tsieger/idendro) to base R graphics and Tcl/Tk GUI.

Install

R (CRAN)pak (dev)Ubuntu (r2u)

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from tsieger/idendr0. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
