Estimation of model parameters for marked Hawkes process. Accounts for missing data in the estimation of the parameters. Technical details found in (Tucker et al., 2019 DOI:10.1016/j.spasta.2018.12.004).

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from sandialabs/stpphawkes. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-stpphawkes

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
