Publish data sets, models, and other R objects, making it easy to share them across projects and with your colleagues. You can pin objects to a variety of "boards", including local folders (to share on a networked drive or with 'DropBox'), 'Posit Connect', 'AWS S3', and more.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from rstudio/pins-r. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-pins

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
