Manipulates invertible functions from a finite set to itself. Can transform from word form to cycle form and back. To cite the package in publications please use Hankin (2020) "Introducing the permutations R package", SoftwareX, volume 11 doi:10.1016/j.softx.2020.100453.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from RobinHankin/permutations. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
