Sensitivity and power analysis, for calculating statistics describing pedigrees from wild populations, and for visualizing pedigrees. This is a reboot of the methods developed by Morrissey and Wilson (2010) <doi: 10.1111/j.1755-0998.2009.02817.x>.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from JulienGAMartin/pedtricks. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-pedtricks

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
