A general framework for the application of cross-validation schemes to particular functions. By allowing arbitrary lists of results, origami accommodates a range of cross-validation applications. This implementation was first described by Coyle and Hejazi (2018) doi:10.21105/joss.00512.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from tlverse/origami. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-origami

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
