This allows you to generate reporting workflows around 'nlmixr2' analyses with outputs in Word and PowerPoint. You can specify figures, tables and report structure in a user-definable 'YAML' file. Also you can use the internal functions to access the figures and tables to allow their including in other outputs (e.g. R Markdown).

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from nlmixr2/nlmixr2rpt. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-nlmixr2rpt

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
