Create plots that combine a phylogeny and frequency dynamics. Phylogenetic input can be a generic adjacency matrix or a tree of class "phylo". Inspired by similar plots in publications of the labs of RE Lenski and JE Barrick. Named for HJ Muller (who popularised such plots) and H Wickham (whose code this package exploits).

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from robjohnnoble/ggmuller. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
