Make inference in a mixture of discrete Laplace distributions using the EM algorithm. This can e.g. be used for modelling the distribution of Y chromosomal haplotypes as described in [1, 2] (refer to the URL section).

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from mikldk/disclapmix. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
