Methods for aggregating ranked lists, especially lists of genes. It implements the Robust Rank Aggregation Kolde et al (2012) doi:10.1093/bioinformatics/btr709 and some other simple algorithms for the task. RRA method uses a probabilistic model for aggregation that is robust to noise and also facilitates the calculation of significance probabilities for all the elements in the final ranking.

Install

install.packages("RobustRankAggreg", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-RobustRankAggreg

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
