Execute Nonlinear Mixed Effects (NLME) models for pharmacometrics using a 'shiny' interface. Specify engine parameters and select from different run options, including simple estimation, stepwise covariate search, bootstrapping, simulation, visual predictive check, and more. Models are executed using the 'Certara.RsNLME' package.

Install

install.packages("Certara.RsNLME.ModelExecutor", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-Certara.RsNLME.ModelExecutor

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
