Provides an interface to a 'HashiCorp' vault server over its http API (typically these are self-hosted; see https://www.vaultproject.io). This allows for secure storage and retrieval of secrets over a network, such as tokens, passwords and certificates. Authentication with vault is supported through several backends including user name/password and authentication via 'GitHub'.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from vimc/vaultr. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
