Performs analysis of various genetic parameters like genotypic and phenotypic coefficient of variance, heritability, genetic advance, genetic advance as a percentage of mean. The package also has functions for genotypic and phenotypic covariance, correlation and path analysis. Dataset has been added to facilitate example. Install

install.packages("variability", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
