Provides an R-based access to the datasets including their resources from the portal https://umwelt.info. The package allows for an easy integration of those datasets into your R-based workflows. The functionality of the package mirrors the web-based access as provided at https://umwelt.info. You can use the same queries and get the same datasets by accessing our API.

Install

install.packages("umweltapir", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

  || sudo dnf copr enable -y iucar/cran
sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-umweltapir

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
