Find and import datasets from the University of California Irvine Machine Learning (UCI ML) Repository into R. Supports working with data from UCI ML repository inside of R scripts, notebooks, and 'Quarto'/'RMarkdown' documents. Access the UCI ML repository directly at https://archive.ics.uci.edu/.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from coatless-rpkg/ucimlrepo. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
