Provides functions for estimating mediation effects that vary over time as described in Cai X, Coffman DL, Piper ME, Li R. Estimation and inference for the mediation effect in a time-varying mediation model. BMC Med Res Methodol. 2022;22(1):1-12.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from dcoffman/tvmediation. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
