Methods for handling the missing values outliers are introduced in this package. The recognized missing values and outliers are replaced using a model-based approach. The model may consist of both autoregressive components and external regressors. The methods work robust and efficient, and they are fully tunable. The primary motivation for writing the package was preprocessing of the energy systems data, e.g. power plant production time series, but the package could be used with any time series data. Install

install.packages("tsrobprep", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-tsrobprep

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
