Implements rank preserving structural failure time model (RPSFTM), iterative parameter estimation (IPE), inverse probability of censoring weights (IPCW), marginal structural model (MSM), simple two-stage estimation (TSEsimp), and improved two-stage estimation with g-estimation (TSEgest) methods for treatment switching in randomized clinical trials.

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from kaifenglu/trtswitch. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
