A collection of high performance utilities to compute distance, correlation, auto correlation, clustering and other tasks. Contains graph clustering algorithm described in "MetaCell: analysis of single-cell RNA-seq data using K-nn graph partitions" (Yael Baran, Akhiad Bercovich, Arnau Sebe-Pedros, Yaniv Lubling, Amir Giladi, Elad Chomsky, Zohar Meir, Michael Hoichman, Aviezer Lifshitz & Amos Tanay, 2019 doi:10.1186/s13059-019-1812-2).

Install

install.packages("tgstat", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from tanaylab/tgstat. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-tgstat

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
