Provides a framework for the creation and use of Neural ordinary differential equations with the 'tensorflow' and 'keras' packages. The idea of Neural ordinary differential equations comes from Chen et al. (2018) doi:10.48550/arXiv.1806.07366, and presents a novel way of learning and solving differential systems.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from semran9/tfNeuralODE. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
