An implementation of many measures for the assessment of the stability of feature selection. Both simple measures and measures which take into account the similarities between features are available, see Bommert (2020) doi:10.17877/DE290R-21906.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from bommert/stabm. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-stabm

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
