Provides a client for running SPARQL queries directly from R. SPARQL (short for SPARQL Protocol and RDF Query Language) is a query language used to retrieve and manipulate data stored in RDF (Resource Description Framework) format.

Install

install.packages("sparqlr", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from sib-swiss/sparqlr. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
