Network sparsification with a variety of novel and known network sparsification techniques. All network sparsification techniques reduce the number of edges, not the number of nodes. Network sparsification is sometimes referred to as network dimensionality reduction. This package is based on the work of Spielman, D., Srivastava, N. (2009)arXiv:0803.0929. Install

install.packages("simplifyNet", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

  || sudo dnf copr enable -y iucar/cran
sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-simplifyNet

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
