The package performs a sensitivity analysis in an observational study using an M-statistic, for instance, the mean. The main function in the package is senmv(), but amplify() and truncatedP() are also useful. The method is developed in Rosenbaum Biometrics, 2007, 63, 456-464, doi:10.1111/j.1541-0420.2006.00717.x.

Install

install.packages("sensitivitymv", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

ls /etc/yum.repos.d/*iucar*cran*.repo >/dev/null 2>&1 \
  || sudo dnf copr enable -y iucar/cran
sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-sensitivitymv

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
