Most function focus on specific ways to customize a graph. They use a 'qgraph' output as the first argument, and return a modified 'qgraph' object. This allows the functions to be chained by a pipe operator.

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-semptools

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
