Companion package that supports the 'surveydown' survey platform (https://surveydown.org). The default method for working with a 'surveydown' survey is to edit the plain text 'survey.qmd' and 'app.R' files. With 'sdstudio', you can create, preview and manage surveys with a 'shiny' application as a graphical user interface.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from surveydown-dev/sdstudio. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

  || sudo dnf copr enable -y iucar/cran
sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-sdstudio

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
