Use R to interface with the 'Charles Schwab Trade API' https://developer.schwab.com/. Functions include authentication, trading, price requests, account information, and option chains. A user will need a Schwab brokerage account and Schwab Individual Developer app. See README for authentication process and examples.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from altanalytics/schwabr. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-schwabr

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
