Provides estimations of the Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) curve and the Area Under the Curve (AUC) based on the two-stages mixed-subjects ROC curve estimator (Diaz-Coto et al. (2020) doi:10.1515/ijb-2019-0097 and Diaz-Coto et al. (2020) doi:10.1080/00949655.2020.1736071).

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

ls /etc/yum.repos.d/*iucar*cran*.repo >/dev/null 2>&1 \
  || sudo dnf copr enable -y iucar/cran
sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-sMSROC

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
