Implements a null model analysis to quantify concurrent temporal niche overlap (i.e., activity or phenology) among biological identities (e.g., individuals, populations, species) using the Rosario randomization algorithm (Castro-Arellano et al. 2010) doi:10.1111/j.2041-210X.2010.00031.x.

Install

install.packages("rosario", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-rosario

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
