The provided package implements the statistical tests for the functional repeated measures analysis problem (Kurylo and Smaga, 2023, arXiv:2306.03883). These procedures enable us to verify the overall hypothesis regarding equality, as well as hypotheses for pairwise comparisons (i.e., post hoc analysis) of mean functions corresponding to repeated experiments.

Install

install.packages("rmfanova", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
