Provides functions for estimating sparse precision matrices using a random graphical model framework under an L0-style penalty. The method evaluates candidate theta values and returns both continuous and binary precision matrices representing inferred network structures.

Install

install.packages("rgml0", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-rgml0

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
