Estimate significance of importance metrics for a Random Forest model by permuting the response variable. Produces null distribution of importance metrics for each predictor variable and p-value of observed. Provides summary and visualization functions for 'randomForest' results.

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from SWFSC/rfPermute. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
