Extracts tagged text from markdown manuscripts for inclusion in dynamically generated revision letters. Provides an R markdown template based on papaja::revision_letter_pdf() with comment cross-referencing, a system for managing multiple sections of extracted text, and a way to automatically determine the page number of quoted sections from PDF manuscripts.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from conig/revise. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-revise

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
