A simple data science challenge system using R Markdown and 'Dropbox' https://www.dropbox.com/. It requires no network configuration, does not depend on external platforms like e.g. 'Kaggle' https://www.kaggle.com/ and can be easily installed on a personal computer.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from adrtod/rchallenge. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-rchallenge

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
