Creates the radar-boxplot, a plot that was created by the author during his Ph.D. in forest resources. The radar-boxplot is a visualization feature suited for multivariate classification/clustering. It provides an intuitive deep understanding of the data.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from caiohamamura/radarBoxplot-R. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-radarBoxplot

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
