A framework for creating interactive figures for data exploration. All plots are automatically linked and support several kinds of interactive features, including selection, zooming, panning, and parameter manipulation. The figures can be interacted with either manually, using a mouse and a keyboard, or by running code from inside an active R session.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from bartonicek/plotscaper. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-plotscaper

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
