Anomaly detection method based on the paper "Truth will out: Departure-based process-level detection of stealthy attacks on control systems" from Wissam Aoudi, Mikel Iturbe, and Magnus Almgren (2018) DOI:10.1145/3243734.3243781. Also referred to the following implementation: https://github.com/rahulrajpl/PyPASAD.

Install

install.packages("pasadr", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from ainsuotain/pasadr. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

  || sudo dnf copr enable -y iucar/cran
sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-pasadr

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
