Standardizes and streamlines the processing of parasitological data by integrating descriptive analyses of parasite count distributions, automated calculation of parasitological indices and their dispersion measures, and intuitive visualizations for representing these metrics (Bush et al. 1997 doi:10.2307/3284227, Reiczigel et al. 2019 doi:10.1016/j.pt.2019.01.003).

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

ls /etc/yum.repos.d/*iucar*cran*.repo >/dev/null 2>&1 \
  || sudo dnf copr enable -y iucar/cran
sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-parasiteR

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
