This extension of the poems pattern-oriented modeling (POM) framework provides a collection of modules and functions customized for paleontological time-scales, and optimized for single-generation transitions and large populations, across multiple generations.

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from GlobalEcologyLab/paleopop. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
