Facilitates the creation of intuitive figures to describe metabolomics data by utilizing Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) hierarchy data, and gathers functional orthology and gene data from the KEGG-REST API.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from connor-reid-tiffany/Omu. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
