A database resource that is accessible through the Open Database Connectivity ('ODBC') API. This package uses the Resource model, with URL "resolver" and "client", to dynamically discover and make accessible tables stored in a 'MS SQL Server' database. For more details see Marcon (2021) doi:10.1371/journal.pcbi.1008880.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from obiba/odbc.resourcer. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
