Oblique random survival forests incorporate linear combinations of input variables into random survival forests (Ishwaran, 2008 DOI:10.1214/08-AOAS169). Regularized Cox proportional hazard models (Simon, 2016 DOI:10.18637/jss.v039.i05) are used to identify optimal linear combinations of input variables.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-obliqueRSF

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
