A nomogram can not be easily applied, because it is difficult to calculate the points or even the survival probability. The package, including a function of nomogramEx(), is to extract the polynomial equations to calculate the points of each variable, and the survival probability corresponding to the total points.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-nomogramEx

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
