Provides a collection of network analytic (convenience) functions which are missing in other standard packages. This includes triad census with attributes doi:10.1016/j.socnet.2019.04.003, core-periphery models doi:10.1016/S0378-8733(99)00019-2, and several graph generators. Most functions are build upon 'igraph'.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from schochastics/netUtils. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-netUtils

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
