Multimodal mediation analysis is an emerging problem in microbiome data analysis. Multimedia make advanced mediation analysis techniques easy to use, ensuring that all statistical components are transparent and adaptable to specific problem contexts. The package provides a uniform interface to direct and indirect effect estimation, synthetic null hypothesis testing, bootstrap confidence interval construction, and sensitivity analysis. Install

R (CRAN)pak (dev)Ubuntu (r2u)

install.packages("multimedia", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from krisrs1128/multimedia. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
