Methods for the analysis of how ecological drivers affect the multifunctionality of an ecosystem based on methods of Byrnes et al. 2016 doi:10.1111/2041-210X.12143 and Byrnes et al. 2022 doi:10.1101/2022.03.17.484802. Most standard methods in the literature are implemented (see vignettes) in a tidy format.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from jebyrnes/multifunc. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-multifunc

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
