Various kinds of plots (observations, variables, correlations, weights, regression coefficients and Variable Importance in the Projection) and aids to interpretation (coefficients, Q2, correlations, redundancies) for partial least squares regressions computed with the 'pls' package, following Tenenhaus (1998, ISBN:2-7108-0735-1).

Install

install.packages("morepls", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-morepls

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
