Model selection and averaging for regression, generalized linear models, generalized additive models, graphical models and mixtures, focusing on Bayesian model selection and information criteria (Bayesian information criterion etc.). Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from davidrusi/modelSelection. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
