Provides tools for performing mathematical morphology operations, such as erosion and dilation, on data of arbitrary dimensionality. Can also be used for finding connected components, resampling, filtering, smoothing and other image processing-style operations.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from jonclayden/mmand. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
